Promotion Scrolls grant bonus points for the Wheel of Destiny. A character must be at least level 51 and can use each scroll type only once.

The reward curve is a three-times version of the standard 3, 5, 9, 13, and 20-point progression, providing additional wheel freedom while keeping progression controlled.
All five scrolls are available from the Platinum Tokens NPC in Blue Valley on every MorgarOT world.
