The Modern RL profile keeps important boss progression meaningful. Broad free access does not automatically complete No Rest for the Wicked, Primal Ordeal, or Rotten Blood, and the server checks many established quest lines before exposing a boss waypoint.
VIP grants use of house waypoint tiles; it does not bypass:
Reaching a waypoint destination normally once can unlock that travel shortcut, but it does not erase the boss encounter's own requirements.
Boss lockouts are encounter-specific and use the Modern RL timing path on both worlds. The source includes real-schedule values such as 2, 4, 10, 20, 44, and 68 hours depending on the encounter. Generic boss levers use a 20-hour fallback, and Modern RL boss timestamps are not cleared at daily server save.
Existing encounter-specific values remain authoritative over the generic 20-hour fallback.
